Q:Do you take personal checks?
A:Sorry, no personal checks. Paypal is preferred. M.O.’s are ok.

Q:What is your return policy?
A:If the wrong item was sent OR if you have a question PLEASE contact us right away. I do offer refunds within 3 days of getting your order if you sent the order back to me. I can also do trade-ins.

Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:YES! Combined shipping, the more you buy the more you save! International orders ALSO can combine orders and save on shipping.

Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:I ship out orders the same day or the next couple days if I miss the postman. No mail pickup on Sunday. Shipping time for the USPS, West coast 3-5 days. East coast 3-7 days. Isolated parts of the US can take even longer. Please Don’t hesitate to email me about your order.

Q:What about Canada and Mexico?
A:Yes, we will ship to you! Western Canada shipping time 3-7 days. Eastern Canada 7-14 days. Some spots in the north east like QUEBEC take even longer! i don’t know why it takes so long. Mexico – same thing. Please contact me with any questions.

Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:YES! Please include your complete address, it helps to also add your phone number it seems. ITALY, AUSTRALIA and to the other nations know for difficult shipping. I WILL SHIP to you and HAVE shipped to many happy customers BUT it may take 2 to 4 weeks.

Q:How big are the pins? Do you make bigger pins?
A:One inch round/25 millimeter. The size of a .25 cent quarter. I also have 2.25 inch buttons, magnets and pocket mirrors.

Q:Are the pins vintage or new?
A:All pinback buttons are BRAND NEW. HANDMADE! Very Clean and Professional looking. Bright, crisp, clear images on a solid, sturdy, one inch pinback button. The enamel pins are also new.

Q:Can I buy just one pin from a set?
A:Sorry- pins are sold as a set. BUT if you are interested in more than 50 of the same pin design, please feel free to contact me. I have a store listing for 50 custom buttons.

Q:I have a pin idea- can you do a pin for me?
A:Some of my best pins were customer requests. Please feel free to give me a suggestion or request.

Q:It’s been 2 weeks where is my order?
A:Sometimes, very rarely, orders get returned to me for some reason. If you are wondering what happened PLEASE contact me right away to fix it.
